Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All heights and sizes, where given, are approximate and for guidance only. The price shown excludes VAT. Engraving is charged in various ways, depending on the item chosen - see options listed with item.

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. Sorry - we do not accept American Express.

The safest way is to use the online payment process. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet but please be aware that none of these methods is as secure as paying online. You may also pay by cash on collection or by cheque, but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Carriage is calculated at cost, depending on size and weight, plus a small packaging fee.

Rush orders may incur an additional charge for next day/am deliveries. On occasion we may not have the item you require in stock. If an alternative item is not acceptable and we need to order an item in especially for you there may be an additional charge to cover the carriage to us, to be agreed.

Carriage is currently available in the UK, including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Highlands and Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. We ship to BFPO addresses. Outside the UK will be charged according to the destination: contact us to discuss.

Please note that most delivery options only deliver during the working week, ie Monday to Friday.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5-10 business days, depending on the size of the order and stock availability. However let us know the date you require the items for and we will do our utmost to meet your delivery deadline. Should you require your goods urgently, please telephone to check availabilty before placing your order.

Please note that once the goods have been despatched delivery is out of our control. If we despatch the goods on time but there is a delay by the carriers we cannot be held responsible for late delivery of the order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges As of 4th January 2011 all orders include VAT at 20%; our prices are displayed both VAT Exclusive and VAT Inclusive (in brackets) for your convenience. Overseas BFPO addresses, outside of the European Union, may be able to purchase their goods vat free. Contact to discuss if in doubt.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee against manufacturers defect. Please contact us with any problems.

Returns Policy Please note that some parts of the EU Distance Selling Directive do not apply to personalised items, particularly those relating to returns.

As our products are usually engraved and are clearly shown on the website we will not accept returns just because you decide you don't like them or want them any longer. Goods may only be returned if they have been damaged on route or the wrong item has been sent in error. These goods will be replaced.

Engraving errors on our part will only be accepted if we have received clear written instructions on what to engrave. PLEASE NOTE - Verbal instructions are not guaranteed!

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
